Krishna and Shrinathji stand in the center of our Lotus Pichwai. Krishna is seen at the top depicted in movement playing the flute. Shrinathji is shown in the center in an elaborate yellow garment with a floral garland. He holds up his left hand to symbolize lifting Govardhan Hill to protect the village from a flood. Shrinathji and Krishna are surrounded by sacred cows. The cows are shown in a neutral tone on a muted yellow background. Four rows of soft pink and green lotus flowers on a gray background anchor the image.

Our Sacred Cow pichwai with Mochi embroidery depicts a series of sacred cows. A floral and vine border frames the cows which alternate between tan and white. Each cow is adorned with colorful garlands. Silk thread on cotton. Mochi, or cobbler, embroidery is a special embroidery technique which uses an awl.
