The filigree design set inside the recessed paneling is the result of hand-cut brass overlaid on copper. Additional brasswork is seen in the florets and door pulls. A beautiful frame hand-carved with scrolls complements the two door panels. Two elaborately carved corbels provide the finishing touch.

Each square section is clad with iron and a delicate brass quatrefoil overlay. Two round brass rings and brass flowers add more interest to the door. Exposed teakwood comprises the reverse side of the door.
